We are focussing on villages in the Iringa District which is located close to and within the buffer zones of the
world famous Ruaha National Park and Usangu Game reserve. There are 21 villages grouped together as part
of the MBOMIPA community wildlife management association.
Iringa is the largest town and the closest access to the Ruaha National Park and Usangu Game Reserve.
For the past several years economic conditions are such that the alleviation of poverty has necessitated even
more assistance applied in careful and well thought out scenarios.
